We take a fee and pass the trade discount on in full. It is the whole difference between this studio and most of the others.
Spatial has been three people since 2018 and has finished seventy-six rooms. About half of those were one room in a house somebody already loved rather than a whole-property project.
We present one scheme, with the reasons written down. Three schemes means the studio has not decided, and it makes the client responsible for a judgement they are paying us to make. If the one we present is wrong, we change it.
Every supplier invoice is shown to you at cost. We earn nothing on what you buy, which makes us cheaper on a large project and more expensive on a small one. We will tell you honestly which of those you are before you engage us.

Started the studio in 2015. Does the first hour on every project and most of the arguing about lighting.

Kitchens, bathrooms and anything that has to be coordinated with a fitter. Keeps the schedules.
